A name submitted with a Gallery experience may be retained for moderation and recordkeeping. If the submission is approved, the customer name submitted with that experience may also be displayed publicly with the approved review and photographs when the customer has agreed to the Photo & Review Terms.

A Gallery submission is not automatically published or used for promotion. Ultra Wash reviews submitted content before approving it.
When submitting a review or photographs, you may be asked to confirm that the content is yours or that you have permission to share it, and to authorize Ultra Wash Power Wash to use approved content on its website, social media accounts, digital advertising, and other promotional materials.
Only content covered by the authorization provided by the submitter may be used for those purposes. The customer name submitted with an approved Gallery experience may be displayed publicly with the approved review and photographs when the customer has agreed to the Photo & Review Terms.

Ultra Wash may reject a submission, request a different photograph, crop or edit a photograph for privacy or presentation purposes, or decline to publish content. Editing is not intended to falsely represent the cleaning result.
Gallery submissions are intended for adults age 18 or older, or for a person who has the legal authority to provide the submitted content and authorization.
You may contact Ultra Wash to request correction or removal of a review or photograph you submitted. Removal from future use will be handled when reasonably possible, but content already included in completed or previously distributed materials may not always be immediately recoverable.
